The large arbour design and use of 6061 aerospace grade bar stock aluminum offers an incredible strength to weight ratio. Carbon fibre disc drag, large backing capacity, and easy maintenance round out this reel to make another incredible product from Hardy.

 

The Zane TI is crafted from solid titanium - six man days of machining are required to form just the cage and spool - during the manufacturing process the incredible strength of titanium even takes its toll on the machines used to carve it. Titanium has the ability to 'self heal' - if scratched, the surface oxidises on contact with the atmosphere, sealing the scratcha and preventing corrosion. Made in England.
